1.All partners who buy Koiesa's products wholesale can only retail and can't resell in batches. If they find that they resell in batches again, Koiesa will be investigated for legal responsibility in accordance with this clause.
2.When the buyer needs to buy goods wholesale, please note the product name, size, quantity and quality requirements, and contact Koiesa customer service to agree on payment and delivery time.
3. Koiesa shall handle the transportation matters on behalf of the buyer, and deliver the goods to the carrier. The transportation, insurance and other relevant expenses shall be borne by the buyer.
4.When Koiesa's goods are delivered, the buyer shall inspect the appearance quality and packaging of the goods; The time limit for the buyer to raise an objection to Koiesa's product quality is 5 days from the date of arrival of the goods. The buyer shall give a detailed written description of the quality objection of Koiesa products. If the objection period is expired and the buyer does not raise any objection, it shall be deemed as passing the acceptance; In case of any dispute over the acceptance, the inspection organization shall inspect it.
